Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be processed (note that delivery times may vary based on your preferred shipping options)
Free delivery for Metro Vancouver area, or if you like we can ship via Canada Post express shipping (orders may take 1- 7 days to arrive once shipped depending on the destination) Each order includes a tracking number and insurance. Note that these shipping times are estimates.
We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address on your order. Should your order be returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refund policy
Normal wear of your jewelry over time will not be considered a manufacturing fault of Angie Lyn Art & Jewelry, however, we will replace your piece if you find a fault (solder issue) within 30 days of purchase, please email angielyncanada@gmail.com.
If your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit
please email angielyncanada@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. You may choose to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange for an item(s) or shop credit of the same value. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
All earrings are final sales due to hygienic reasons.
